Welcome to Music Together Mountain Song of Anchorage!

As a parent, Megon Coon attended Music Together^® classes with her own children in Anchorage for years before completing her apprenticeship at Timbre Music Studio in 2019. She attended the Music Together teacher training in California in 2020, and was so impressed by the research-based curriculum and the diversity and quality of the music that she went on to teach classes for Timbre Music Studio for two more years.

In 2022, Megon formed Music Together Mountain Song to provide Alaskan families with more opportunities for early musical education. Karen Lease joined the team in 2023, and together Megon and Karen are excited bring the magic of Music Together to East Anchorage and Eagle River!

Music Together Mountain Song currently offers classes four days a week at three different locations, serving children and families throughout the Anchorage and Eagle River area.
